Oh lawd, someone at WMFU is trying to rehabilitate 80s Italo-disco. Although I can almost see why as there are some so-bad-they're-something-else gems out there that take all the cheese of your worst 80s pop memories and compress them into veritable black holes of syth-drum fueled goofiness:


And this next one does pretty much what all those wretched NY electro-clash bands were failing to do twenty years later (ie trying to create a career out of those Arthur Baker remixes of New Order's "Confusion"):


However, once you cross the border, or start clicking into the euro-pop zones of YouTube you take yours ears and eyes into your own hands, as it were. No matter how bad your 80s memories, they can't compete with
this:
